I used these boil and bite mouthpieces for years now. All others, you just had one shot to set the mold correctly and there is just 1 setting. Usually 3 millimeters out. With this one you have 10 different options from 1 to 10 mm. For me 3 mm is just not enough to stop my snoring. After some testing I notices 6mm out was the sweet spot for me. The readings on the side tell you exactly how much forward your moving your jaw forward.

I've tried several mouth guards over the past few years, but this one seems to be the best I've used in both reducing snoring. It's a bit expensive compared with some cheaper models out there, but it's worth every penny.

After a few nights it has fallen apart. The upper part doesn't move forward enough and is uncomfortable. Would not buy this again.

This actually works. I tried several different devices over the years without success. I was pleasantly surprised with Dr. Anti Snore. Easy to use and it worked on the first attempt. My wife hasn't gone to the spare room since I got it. Happy nights.

To get some sleep my wife often disappears into the spare room. I don't feel more energized after waking up, but happy wife, happy life right?
