I bought a dress online and unfortunately it was lost by PostNord (Danish post). PostNord would not do anything to regain the parcel - they asked me to contact the sender and ask them to file a complaint. I contacted 'Seamstress of Bloomsbury' and they replied immidiately and informed me that they had sent a new dress.- Only asked me to return the first dress in case the parcel should show up. Excellent service!!!
