Next step estates abysmal We were first time renters and they took full advantage of this. We moved into a house that was unfit for living looking back on it now. There was mould everywhere, trip hazards and the microwave had holes in. One hot summer our fridge broke to which we were advised to deal with it until the landlord came back from holiday in a weeks time. When we said this was not good enough we were giving a mouldy fridge from the garage and were advised to clean it ourselves. As the fridge was being brought in the flooring was ripped by our landlord and we were told to superglue it back down. After a week of debating we negotiated a price to get a fridge and had to source and collect the fridge ourselves. This was just one of many reasons why I would refuse to rent/buy from Next Step Estate Agents again.

Asad was very effective, efficient, honest and proactive and I hope to have a very long working relationship with him as he is a delight to work with.

Proffecional, friendly and helpful but not perfect. Sometimes if you have an issue with the house you have to pursue them several times until the issue is resolved. Other than that I have no complaints.

Largely stellar service from this company. Amidst major issues with our block of flat security Next Step chased up the management company vehemently and are mostly very quick to respond to maintenance issues. Would recommend highly.

Excellent service with great staff

I have to say in over 20 years of being a landlord i am amazed to find a letting argent that is so professional, totally up to date with latest developments and just does a thoroughly good job. Keeps me informed of what is happening in the property and most importantly pays the rent on time with no quibbles. I have a guaranteed rent service from him and I can honestly say with Asad in charge it really is a service where I just don’t need to do anything (other than renew the Agreement every couple of years!). Hard to be happier with the service.
