I will definitely buy from Raw made Simple again as my dog really loves the food. I was looking for a not too expansive but of good quality raw food. I gave 4 stars only because of the delivery. I had no problems with it, but the box was left outside. Luckily that day, my boyfriend finished work at 3 PM. The box had been delivered at 11 AM and the food was still frozen (November). I wander what it would happen though if the box is delivered at 11 AM in July and both my boyfriend and I cannot bring in the box until 6 PM (which is when we usually are home). It would be perfect if you could select a time slot and day for delivery (just like food shops do), even it this means maybe a more expansive evening delivery.

Fantastic service as usual. My Frenchie Baron really looks forward to his delivery. We always have the premium 30 meal pack. Lots of choice. Some he likes more than others but he's a fussy bugger. Everything is always eaten. Keeps him healthy, alert, lean and full of life. Great product with no over processed rubbish.

I always order over the phone, always so helpful, nothing is to much trouble. All of our frenchies have been on a raw diet from pups but have struggled feeding recently, until we found raw made simple. It’s gone as soon as it hits the bowl, even our 12 week old puppy can’t get enough..... you get an email from delivery company letting you know when food is going to be delivered, and it’s always packaged perfectly, still frozen and ready to go straight into the freezer. Best food ever... Best customer service and advice
