My dog absolutely loves this food, it always arrives very quickly With no problems, food is still frozen when arrived. Staff are very helpful and friendly when ur making enquiries or need any advise their very helpful. They offer a perfect variety of food and quality they have occasional offers on which it’s great when ur making big orders .

Since landing in the UK our dog has been well fed thanks to Kay and her team! They even added a little personal touch and welcomed our dog to the country :) They are always quick to respond to any questions, and Kay guarantees the best of the best - which our dog can vouch for! Our dog has MCT, so I did lots of researching to find the best food brand for him when we moved here from Australia, as we found it could be managed by good quality raw food , veggies and supplements. We always get the value selection hamper and had our own cooked veggies to it. Some of It Is extra stinky & smelly ( that is the tripe ) but our dog goes absolutely bonkers for It so It must be great! We also get the treats - which are all natural which we love. Cannot comment yet on the bones as Its our first time ordering them and they haven't been tried yet but again - on looks they look fresh and good quality ( I really should have the dog reviewing but he would probably drool all over the keyboard)

After using a couple of other companies and finding the meat to be very sloppy and unappealing I came across Raw Made Simple and I’m so glad I did! Customer service is amazing, they answered all my questions regarding raw feeding, I was invited to pop in and look over where everything was prepared and it’s so clean and tidy, just like visiting the butchers. The meat is really good quality and looks just like minced meat, love the fact it come all ready measured out with right consistency of bone/meat/offal so my dog is getting a good balanced diet and best of all my dog absolutely loves it!
