The grille I received didn’t match the description of the receipt. I ordered a 14” H by 12” W grille and that’s what the receipt showed but I received a 12” H by 14” W grille so it was of no use to me.

I would give a negative star if I could!! BEWARE of Max Warehouse. We ordered a Building Support Column for a home we are trying to sell on Thursday March 7, 2024. We were told that the column would be delivered by Wednesday and we would be given a courier tracking number within 48 hours. Monday, Tuesday no tracking number. No one could tell me why my item had not shipped. I asked to please speak with a manager or supervisor because we urgently needed the product as it's a time sensitive project we are working on. They started getting rude to me. Wednesday I was told they have 14 warehouses. The 1st warehouse they supposedly assigned the delivery of this column to was not able to do it. No one could tell me why. I was told the delivery was now assigned to a 2nd warehouse and if they didn't get it shipped they would cancel our order. I told them not to cancel the order, that we needed this item. The lady was rude and threatened that they were going to cancel my order and by 1:15 pm they cancelled our order with no further explanation. These people are rude, they refused to give me an explanation for deciding without my consent to cancel our order!! These people are horrible! This is one of the worst companies I've ever done business with!! I'm warning any potential customers these people are unprofessional and unreliable! I would hate to see anyone else treated the way I have been.

Easy to find items I wanted and check out. Items arrived quickly and sooner than expected. Items were packaged well and arrived undamaged.

The order was easy. Max emailed tracking info the next day. Which was great. The pipe was delivered promptly. But when my husband opened the boxes one of the pipes had a big dent in it.

Buyer beware! Horrible return and cancellation policies! Ordered a drain grate, realized it was the wrong size and tried to cancel the order a few hours later. The delivery is a week out, so I know it hasn’t been packed or shipped, but their standard policy is to refuse to cancel the order after 45 minutes! Ridiculous! Said I could refuse delivery when it is shipped! Like someone can afford to wait around on their front porch all week until the delivery arrives. Onerous business policies that screw their customers into the ground. Do not buy from them.
