Great company, the prices are good, the delivery is on time but even more importantly: the employees are available and if a repair is required then it is handled professionally.

First of all, I was hesitant to order from an EU site since I couldn’t find much information online. Still, everything was perfect—fast response time, great prices, and I received my order relatively quickly.

I bought an Asic miner S19xp, it broke down under warranty. I sent it for repair and this company, which claims to be the best in Europe and which guarantees its units, was unable to solve the problem with my asic S19xp, and returned the asic to me without one of the three hashboards. I said I would solve it on my own but the damaged hashboard didn't come inside the asic. I was deceived and I warn the community that this company says it provides a guarantee but when we need it it doesn't solve anything. To compensat me, they ofered a cupon to discount in a future buy. Thats incredibull!! I want my hasboard back, I want my hashboard back, if it wasn't fixed you should just have to return the complete machine. Now I don't even have a chance to fix it on my own. The voucher given by you was derived from your incompetence, nothing more, but the truth is that you kept my hashboard without my permiss

The worst company I ever bought from! I bought a pretty new unit. Start on delivery that shoul be 5 to 7 days... As taken about 40 day to delivery... But has been delivered an unit faulty, because did not started ever. Contacted them 2 days after delivery. And even with a unit that never worked, the only solution was me pay the shipping to send back the unit... I done it... One more month and one more unit, but this time another unit that not starts(same issue) but also used unit! Again to send back on my expenses?! I asked them to pick up and send a new one ou refund me... All denied! Seems a scam! As you see I am speaking in public asking you to pick up this unit at the moment you deliver the new one... How can you tell that I refuse ?! If trust pilot at anytime allow to upload documents... I will put all e-mail public

Living in the EU I wanted to order L9 miners from within the EU with a transparent delivery time and avoiding customs fees -- you know those things you get from Asia. Still, it's crypto and you can still get scammed within the EU. To start, I was pleased by the responsiveness from Antminer Distribution. I've since come back to them for another order and they are just as responsive. There are no games or pricing tricks. They give you what you pay for and things work as expected. Their hosting partner in Sweden is also similarly responsive and I highly recommend them both.

Reliable and legit Asic distributor. Unfortunately the crypto space is super shady and filled with constant scams and or companies that will take your money, change the price later, and/or just never send you equipment and leave you up **** creek once they get your wire transfer or crypto payment. I understand why most companies don't want to accept credit cards because of chargeback and fraud risk but I GREATLY appreciated the ability to pay for these miners with credit cards. It gave me comfort and peace of mind knowing I wasn't going to be scammed after sending a wire transfer or crypto payment. It's the first time I will be engaging the world of mining! During my search on the internet, I have compared a lot of companies. Based on the presentation, information and transparency, I decided to contact Antminer Distribution Europe BV. From the start, the response and the 'thinking with you' mentality was noticeable. Even though I am 'just' an individual that only buys 1 miner, they took their time on the phone explaining everything to me. Even more so, when I had more questions I could engage in direct chat, which helped me a lot. Yes, there are cheaper ways of getting your miner, but I go with trust, assistance and warranty, which all is provided by Antminer Distribution Europe BV. I am looking forward to have my first miner delivered soon. Note December 18, 2024: The miner was perfectly delivered, well ceiled and protected. Also the power cable suitable for my net was added into the box, very attentive of Antminer Distribution Europe! I had the miner up and running within half an hour, and mainly because Antminer Distribution Europe assisted me in the process to find a mining pool and how to engage it. The miner is running now for a couple of weeks, non-stop, and the results are very consistent. I am kind of sad I didn't order 2 or 3 miners, but I know which company I go to when I order my next one! ---
