Delivered one time, and is great kit thanks

During the Easter Holiday, I purchased a 6 Channel Audio Amplifier from the Audio Installations website. The product was promptly delivered. However, on unwrapping the product, it was discovered to be a faulty item for whilst the power comes on, it was not able to perform its function as an Amplifier for even one channel, let alone six. Audio Installations accepted having failed to check the equipment functionality prior to posting it to me and promptly offered to provide me with a full refund. However, because I was still due to buy an Amplifier, I sought to retain my the purchase with them, but unfortunately the replacement product which I was sent (a AS-6060 Fonestar Stereo Amplifier) must have been an Ex-Display item with visible scratches and Scuff marks on the front plastic display area. Also it was rather inferior to what I had originally ordered and wanted. In the end I have had to resort to a Refund default and Audio Installation have arranged for the items collection to take place. It would appear I prematurely gave this company a high rating, thinking that they genuinely meant well, but today Wednesday (21st April 2021 when Collection was meant to take place) I took the day off work at a Gross Loss of Earnings £142.50 only to discover the company like a previous occasion did NOT arrange a collection and sought to use it as a means for withholding the Refund due. I would NOT recommend anyone buying on the internet from Audio Installations. You are better buying from trusted businesses who check and ensure your products work and are Faultless before sending it to you.
