My experience with this service was almost excellent, deserving nearly a five-star rating, but a few areas require improvement. The delivery and billing address sections, were somewhat confusing, prompting me to reach out for support after the order as they were the wrong way round. Thankfully, their response was swift and helpful when I used the chat feature, as the phone system seemed perpetually busy and unresponsive. A hiccup occurred with my shipping confirmation displaying incorrect information, which necessitated another round of contact. They promptly assured me that my order was correctly addressed, attributing the error to a technical glitch they're working to resolve. The products were fantastic, but these logistical issues slightly marred an otherwise smooth experience.

Easy, straight forward ordering process. Prices are extremely competitive too, and products are of reasonable quality. Delivery is fast. Most importantly, I made a phone call to this company for a semi technical advise on a product I needed, and the call was answered by a real human being promptly. For me, the ability to make real and reasonable contact with a vendor I am buying from is and will always be a deal breaker. I recommend this company highly, and will be happy to deal with any time.

online ordering was clear and easy, item shipped quickly for next day delivery although choice of delivery company let them down as I did not receive delivery the next day, not AI's fault, hence the loss of 1 star.

Before buying this item I check with the company to ensure that it would work with my system. I received a prompt reply providing me with the information I required & based on this ordered the internet radio receiver which works well and sound great. The delivery was due on Tuesday but it arrived on Wednesday, not the company's fault Yodel held it in their depot for a day, probably waiting for enough parcel to justify driving to Anglesey.

I bought an amplifier from this absolutely brilliant company. The equipment was ordered and dispatched within 24 hours. I unfortunately had an issue with receipt of it which meant I had to contact them. I spoke to a real live human being whos' customer service skills were A1 on point, they helped to get things resolved and left me absolutely and even more impressed with their service than I already was. Would I buy from them again... YES, YES, YES, they know what they're talking about, have brilliant customer service skills and very competitive prices.

The amplifier was delivered with a foreign plug on it. Quite poor in this day and age.
