J'ai commandé des bancs et une table pliante et on ne savait pas choisi le pays. J'ai tenté de le livrer en pensant qu'il allait le livrer en Belgique mais ça c'est fait livrer en France, je ne sais pas où. Et j'aurai aimé prendre que les bancs et pas la table.

Der Support ist sehr freundlich und das gekaufte Zelt gefällt mir an und für sich gut. Schade ist das schon bei Bestellung ein horrender Betrag von über 300€ angezeigt wird, sollte man seine Ware zurücksenden wollen. Das liest sich wie eine Drohung. AM SCHLIMMSTEN aber: Ich habe tatsächlich mehrmals mit den wirklich freundlichen Damen des Supports telefoniert, um sicher zu gehen, dass das von mir gewünschte Zelt verschließbar ist, also das die Seitenwände dabei sind! Dabei habe ich Artikelnummern mit den Damen abgeglichen. Mir wurde versichert, das ich kein weiteres Zubehör bräuchte. Letztlich habe ich nun ein Zelt (Raj) mit netten Deko Tüchern, das ich aber NICHT verschließen kann. Ich kann nun für mehrere hundert Euro zusätzlich Seitenwände kaufen oder für mehrere hundert Euro das Zelt zurück schicken... Deshalb nur zwei Sterne.

Très belle serre. Quelques défauts cependant: les vis autoforeuses ont le filet à peine plus gros que le foret. Sur visseuse à choc, elles foirent une fois sur 2. Les finitions, avec le polycarbonate livré en rouleau, sont médiocres sur les pignons et l'ouvrant, en option. J'ai arrangé ces deux soucis en achetant des vis de qualité et en investissant dans des profils aluminium pour recouvrir les arrêtes du polycarbonate.

Scnelle Lieferung. Der Pavillion wurde sehr shnell angeliefert und entsprch der Beschreibung. Leider war mir bei der Bestellung ein Fehler unterlaufen. Dieser konnte nicht behoben werden, da die Lieferung so schnell war.

I bought a clear polytunnel 3x4.5x2 for use on an allotment plot. I generally like it but am annoyed at a few snags with the product. First off one of the poles that go on the ground and is supposed to bolt to a corner had no pre-drilled hole like the rest of them leading me to have to vice it up and drill my own hole. Not much of a problem but it was lucky I had the tools to do it myself otherwise we would have had to take it down again. The cover is loose fitting and we've already accidentally torn a bit of it trying to strap it to the frame. There's also a second hole near the bottom we found which is unexplained and likely due to how the cover was folded and packaged. We were also surprised to receive a bill from UPS for a further delivery fee that we were unaware we were going to receive and threatened with legal action if we didn't pay it. I like the tunnel but only time will tell how long it lasts but wouldn't leave it up over a winter. Just generally unsatisfied with the quality of the cover and that one of the poles didn't have it's hole to bolt it together.
