I have been not very long with medics pro but I feel the best part is my consultant Aaliyah, she is very supportive and easy to talk with. Something that I don't like is that when she is not there, like evenings or weekends, the agency call me or text me at crazy hours for shifts that they should know I won't do, like days. I feel like is not communication between them. Apart from that, as I have said, my consultant is the best part.

I cancelled a shift with medic pro because I was not happy with the booking. I was sent this message by Humayra “K……. your not going to brand me a liar for your own insecurities” Am putting this out here so people so people are careful when booking with them.

Fully compliant and Reliable. The registration process was very smooth and I got the shifts straightaway. The clinical team makes sure your profile is updated and compliant. I have my designated consultant to look after me. Kenzie is very approachable and supportive. He is always there when I need help. Lastly, the payroll is excellent, The payment's never been delayed. The only drawback is pay rate inner London area isn't great. I am happy to recommend agency workers to join MedicsPro.

The agency has helped me over the years with work issues. Revalidation and other things. I feel like I’m valued by them. Bradley has been a great consultant. Very understanding.

Receive regular emails from the agency but when you actually get back to them with dates you need help they never get back to you. Constantly having to chase for an update on your request, but they still manage to send the weekly automated email to ask if you need cover. It's quite insulting really. Then if and when they do have someone available you never hear from them again with the details or this clinician is suddenly unavailable. Obviously just a marketing technique. Wouldn't recommend this agency.

The worst agency ever, do not join !!! Very unprofessional they will completely ignore you and not answer your calls. DO NOT JOIN No work you’ll be at home for months

I have been messaging my 3-week availability for this month but only had 1 shift until now. I have also been calling the agency almost everyday and sent messages to my agent to follow up but did not seem to help at all. Very frustrating

As an agency nurse that has worked with various nursing agencies in the past, I can boldly declare that MedicsPro has the highest level of professionalism I’ve ever encountered. 2 months that i am part of this agency, and still haven't been booked for a single shift. Very disappointed. When they wanted me to join kept saying that they are the main provider of most of the healthcare companies...not true!!!
