From start to finish the service provided was outstanding. Emma dealt with my enquiry with charm and efficiency. I was given an estimated pickup in Cardiff, Wales of between 08.00-9.00. The driver arrived on the dot of 08.00, loaded the consignment. Emma gave me an eta of between 11.00-midday. The driver called me in London at 10.55 to say that he was five minutes away. What more could you ask.

Excellent service. I had been let down by Parcelforce for a really important delivery ( convenient Covid excuse). Called Emma and following that one phone call and a quick e Mail all was sorted, with parcel delivered 400 miles away in less that 24 hours from the initial call. Very impressed, great service with minimal hassle for me. Would certainly recommend.
