Pros: the material is of good quality and finish. The parts fit together as depicted. The locking features for the wheel and pedal allow for good adjustments. This is where the positives end. Cons: The seating position is not comfortable. The ergonomics are quite off and you have zero lumbar support. With the seat not being adjustable, you are locked into the seats rigid shape, and it just isn’t what a race seating position is. The back of your head is forced forward due to the padding, just as everyone else has stated. I can’t do more than 10 minutes in it before I’m looking for a pillow/pad for my lower back, or just quitting all together and moving on with my day. I would not recommend buying this or any of the F1 style seats. Very uncomfortable and leaves your lower back extremely sore even after you’ve gotten up. You pay for the materials; but sadly the design is something that looked good on the computer but wasn’t tested by anyone. I’m very disappointed with the amount of money I’ve just spent on this…

Hello everyone. I do this review with pleasure. As for the material and the simplicity of assembly, everything is excellent. Given the competition, I believe that the central bracket should be removed forever and focus on a slightly more comfortable chair, but still excellent. I am against that there is no support to move the chair back and forth and for the price I paid. Given the great competition, the price is a bit high. But I trusted the playseat company

I ordered a Mercedes F1 seat from Playseat Europe. Unfortunately their was going to be a customs charge to ship over to the USA where i'm located. Nick with Playseat in the Netherlands was very helpful and doing whatever he could to help me get the seat through customs and minimize the charges. I had been unable to get in touch with Playseat USA. Nick went out of his way to personally contact the team in the USA so I could get my seat from the US store and avoid the customs charges. He didn't have to give up a sales for his own location, but he did the right thing to take care of the customer in the best way. Based on that personal customer service, I would recommend anyone looking for a driving chair product in Europe, and worldwide for that matter to contact Playseat. Personal customer service is the best i've experienced in a long long time.

Shipping to the US is something that I wasn't looking forward to dealing with. Tariffs, extra taxes, and customs are making things more difficult than they should be. So much so that I almost cancelled my order with Playseat though it wasn't their fault. I'm 1000% glad that I didn't cancel. The customer service provided by Playseat alone made the purchase worth it. Even with the time difference between us they replied in a reasonable amount of time ever time. They answered all of my questions, and even helped get the items through customs. I will recommend Playseat to everyone looking to purchase a sim rig because of the amazing customer service alone. Now that I have the Sensation Pro - Black set up I am fully convinced I made the right choice. The quality of the components are top notch. Assembly was a breeze. Aesthetically it looks amazing. Even with my bad back and hips I can comfortably climb in and out of it. The seat is comfortable enough to stay in for hours of nearly endless game play. I purchased it with the shifter mount and floor mat. I'm currently using my Logitech wheel until it stops working with plans to switch to Fanatec gear (for which this is completely compatible with both). Amazing product, even better customer service. They've earned a customer for life.
