Beh , ho comprato una candela profumata , ma purtroppo non ha dato l’effetto di inebriante che mi aspettavo. Sono tornato nel negozio , portando lo scontrino e ho fatto richiesta di sostituire con un’altra prufumazione. Il titolare del negozio mi ha risposto che avrebbe provato “Lui” il prodotto che gli avevo consegnato, per accertarsi che il tutto era veritiero. Provando ad accendere e sentire se il profumo d’ambiente era nella norma per un paio di ore. Premetto che già io avevo acceso questa candela profumata per diverse ore ma il risultato è stato di sentire solo odore di cera. Quando sono tornato al negozio , il giorno dopo, la commessa mi ha riferito che l’odore che emanava si sentiva e così, con l’indicazione del titolare , mi ha restituito l’oggetto da me contestato. Sono tornato a casa ,ho riprovato il prodotto ma l’effetto era quello di una candela da chiesa … così l’ho regalata alla mia chiesa in onore di Padre Pio che assolva e perdoni queste persone che diffidano i clienti onesti e sinceri . We had our brand new extension designed and installed complete with new kitchen by Koti in October last year. I cannot rave about this company enough the professionalism they should was second to none. If anyone is wanting any work in their home I’d say only make the one call....

Was a perfect service from start to finish, would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new home improvement. The design process was relaxed and they listened to what I needed and my ultimate dream list, once the bathroom works started the installers where clean, tidy and courteous and always there at 8am. Project supervisor helped in every way and made sure everything was on schedule. Once again I couldn't fault anything and the gift at the end was perfect.
