Do NOT do business with this company. Canceled our order, received an email that we had to still pay them $10 (?) and if we didn't respond within 24 hours, they would go ahead and ship it. I responded within 3 hours, and got another email saying sorry you missed the deadline. I've emailed them screenshots of the oemail timestamps, but they just keep coming up with more excuses and will NOT refund our money. Now trying to get a refund through the credit card company and we STILL don't even have the shirt that they insisted on sending even though we canceled it. "Charlie" just keeps replying with nonsense emails and will not give me a refund. DO NOT DO BUDINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

In spite of the return policy on their website, they will not accept returns. After several emails, photos, and measurements, it became obvious to me that they avoid returns at all costs. Make sure you are going to like what you order before you buy.

Perhaps in a blackberry with white design it would have been great. But I got the purple shirt and the design basically fades away. Not a strong contrast. Hard to even read.

Purchased two t-shirts, "All I Need Is My Dog...." and "I Like Jeeps and Dogs....", and I'm very pleased with the quality of the graphics and the shirts. The graphics on the shirts are like what you see and order on the website, very detailed and colorful. Modeling the t-shirts for my wife she remarked, "Wow! Those are very nice." I will purchase more in the future.

I purchased a shirt for my husband. It was a gift I was very excited to give him. Unfortunately, the decal was off center by a noticeable amount. When I contacted your customer service I was told that since it was ordered over 30 days ago it was not eligible to be replaced. I’m not sure why a new shirt, never worn, with the tag still on it would not be eligible for a replacement. It is disappointing when a company does not stand by the quality of its work.

I ordered a child's large shirt. I received an adult large shirt. I wanted to exchange the shirt. Print Your Wear would not send me a return label or a refund form unless I took measurements of the shirt and sent them a picture of it with the measurements. I am very unhappy with this company and will never purchase anything from them again. I do not have the technology or time to do this. They offered to send me a 30% refund instead. This is not acceptable to me.

The shirt sizes are way off. The 4x was really like a 2x. Took a long time to get the shirts. They are quality shirts but I can't wear them because they are too small.
