United States | 12 September 2021The plants were out of their pots, soil was everywhere and all over the succulents. It took over an hr to unpack them, clean off the dirt carefully, and replant them! I have ordered plants from independent growers who have done better packing! For what is charged I am very disappointed and truly hope they all survive.

United States | 12 September 2021Not sure what happened, but the tracking did not move for days. The expected shipment date was for a Friday, and did not receive until Tuesday, the next week. The 9 plants were packaged inside a small box, with soil mostly all out of pots, loose in box, with lots of leaves broken off. Looks like it had quite a hectic journey and hope they will be okay.

United States | 08 September 2021Everything was just as I ordered, and packed well, but the postal employee who delivered it tossed it around before putting it on the counter, as if she was playing catch with herself using my package as a ball. There were people in the lobby who noticed this and were also surprised by how she handled the package so clearly marked "THIS END UP" with arrows pointing up. Due to the excellent packaging, all but 1 of the plants looked normal when I opened the box. The one plant that was sideways and missing most of its soil seems to be recovering from the experience.

United States | 07 September 2021First, the number of species and hybrids is truly amazing considering what's possible in succulents over the past few years. Display online is captivating. In ordering, I have 1 complaint. As is, you can have an item in your cart for 1 or 2 days and not know it's out of stock (o.s.) until you switch your cart to order. Then your order refuses to go through until you remove all o.s. items individually from your order. There should be a way for the system to remove all o.s. items and notify me that they were dropped. I have only 2 complaints in shipping. First I must say that they do a very good job packing most items especially the cacti. But they do little to prevent any medium from leaving the pots. So any mix not held firmly together by roots is shaking all around in the box. That generally is not a problem except the extra time in cleaning perlite from in between various leaves. Out of 3 rather large orders I haven't had any problems until this last one. I haven't had time to report this yet so MCG doesn't know about this yet. Occasionally they package several items together in a smaller box within the shipping box. This time one Echeveria had missing leaves which I found due to rot, a crassula with a couple of broken stems, and an Echeveria that was completely dead. Very strange! I've never had this before from them and I hope not never again. These fall under their plant warranty coverage so I imagine there's no problem with taking care of this. Every company has an occasional blooper.

I wish I had more room inside my house. I will be ordering again anyway. My friends on social media are amazed at how they all look and grow. I watch the videos that are provided. Helps a bunch.
