Out of 50 succulents, 4 plants had leaves missing so they looked lop sided. They aren’t dead but I can’t give them as favors. Otherwise the others look great!

Plants arrived super fast and packed with care! The cold weather is still fluctuating so I’ve been hesitant to order plants through the mail until the spring, but mountain crest made it so easy to offer a heat pack and great information on how to tell if you need one or not! It made the experience so much more pleasant (it’s always a joy ordering from them anyway!). The plants arrived in perfect condition and they’re so beautiful and my SOPs are gorgeously variegated! They have outdone themselves once again. If I could rate 100 stars I would.

Overall review: After the loss of my mature Perle Von Nurnberg, my love for succulents greatly increased and that's where Mountain Crest Gardens came in. I love all of their succulents, their tips, ect! They are the best succulent-lovers out there! I've bought quite a few succulents from them, nine originally. Sadly, now I can only count eight since I lost track of one of the prettiest succulents I bought from them. However, I still love my remaining succulents bunched up in their beautiful terracotta pots. If I ever plan to buy another pot, succulent, or more soil, I always know where to go! 😉 Personal review: Although I love these tough and pretty plants, I've learned not to become too obsessed with them. From becoming addicted to buying more succulents than I can care for, all the way to constantly racking my brain trying to define and interpret my Bear Paw succulent's health issues. I've learned that whatever grows, 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘀. I quickly went from doing too little research to doing way too much research. To the point that succulents were taking up most of my time. I still do care for my desert plant friends, however they are not my top priority. Appreciation and admiration of God's creation does not and never will come above seeking the God of the Bible. Everything that is seen with the eyes is temporary, and that includes the plants we keep inside our house. So, Mountain Crest Gardens.... Thank you for your amazing care for succulents and cacti. Nicely-sized, healthy little plants, most of them with lots of pups. One of the haworthias was practically splitting the pot open with how many pups it had- you couldn't even see the dirt it was planted in.

The group of hens and chicks were as described, not rooted but very healthy looking. Absolutely perfect for the Christmas crafts I am using them for.

Great selection of plants. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions promptly. The plants were packed well and arrived quickly and in good condition. I think the succulents are really cool but one of mine was broken during shipment. I also didn’t receive one of the plants (Senecio stapeliiformis) from the monthly subscription box. I had the Dino box and received a bonsai sedum, ice plant (broken), ox tongue, chain plant, string of pearls, and a tiny Haworthia in a wax bag. I thought they switched the missing plant with the string of pearls but found out later that’s a bonus for your first box. They seem to all be healthy and doing well after re-potting. I’m still very excited to grow these!

Fast service good product

Both plants arrived will packed. Healthy and beautiful. I've repotted both and they're thriving. (I previously ordered the same plant from another company and the leaves turned brown the following day and then proceeded to fall off shortly thereafter.) These are now one week in my home and still perfect! Will do business again. Highly recommend.

I ve ordered three times and each time the packing is worse and so is the quality. Plants are broken often due to being left lose. Some you can tell they sent you broke because it's cut in half and started to grow an offshoot! Today I got two with rot they tried to hide with drying it out but it's still obvious with the black and yellow leaves. Two plants were left out, two had intense powdery mildew and we're trash, and two had half the leaves knocked off them. The free succulent had three rows of leaves each filled with holes and one had a scissor bug in it! I officially hate this place with their crappy half packing, forgetting stuff and their "gift" of a diseased succulent. I have about 150 succulents and buy from all over, Whole Foods, Etsy, Home Depot, FairySucculents etc and this place is the worst. Their only redeeming quality is they refund their BS plants but it's a pain. You get 1.5 good plants you can salvage for every 4-5.
