Amazing service from both Paul and Joe. 2 weeks ago I had a mortgage offer that had expired on the property I was buying, a large non-refundable deposit which looked like it would be lost on 30th June, as well as the stamp duty holiday and to top it all off I had no buyer on the property I was selling.... In 10 days we managed to find a cash buyer, get a whole new mortgage offer approved, organise a valuation for the mortgage and get the paperwork back in time to exchange and complete for the 30th June deadline!
