I had Michael Wu as my broker to secure a commercial space. In the lead up to this I had some interactions with Michael to determine capacity, requirements and the like. I found Michael fantastic to work with and very accommodating with my answering my questions, providing options and being not just a broker, but a great resource to bounce ideas and concepts with that fell within his area of expertise. I guess the measure of success is if I would use Michael again for future deals. To which the answer is yes.

My dealings with Valiant Finance were excellent. I found them to be extremely approachable and easy to deal with. During the term of the loan we had a minor set back due to Covid . Valliant immidiately re visited the terms and we came to a mutual agreement where repayments were defferred for a short period. very happy with the outcome and looking forward to dealing with Valliant again in the near future with the plan to restart the business.
