If you know what all you want while travelling then you can go with Myairticket.com. If you don't know about something like layover time or baggage info or transit visa info then it's not a good idea to book with myairticket. They will just book tickets nothing else. You need to verify each and everything without missing anything. Recently I booked an international air ticket and I asked them all things and forgot to ask about baggage info assuming that airline will allow two bags but not. When I called initially the representative denied to help but after speaking with manager who is very helpful and was able to change my tickets.

I had a plan for an international travel as i was in a time cruch to confirm my tickets. I was contacted by couple of other travel agencies where i didnt get any satisfactory response or services. Was quite skeptical at first as had never come across this site. I am really impressed by their dedication and enthusiasm to get the job done. The team assisted me for a last minute booking and ensured my daughter reports to her university on time.

This was our first experience with MyAirTicket and it was a pleasant one. Mr. Deepak Chopra helped us all the way till everything was confirmed. He was very polite, patient and thorough. Do give them a try.

They are Fraud.Don't book any ticket from them. I have booked an itinerary in DEC 2014. While returning from India at the airport i got to know my ticket was cancelled because of some reason. And i called MYAIRTICKET. They suggested me to buy another ticket and they promised that they will refund the money. Also they said they will check what caused this. Later i got to know the return ticket was cancelled by them and they sold it to somebody else at a higher price. Till date i'm following up with them for refund.

This is really an Fraud company STAY AWAY from it. I have asked agent Akshay Sharda to book the ticket for 31st July. The fare was much higher due to peak season. But although I did accepted because I specifically wanted this date. He also said there are some less expensive tickets available for 28th July. I clearly said NO to 28th. He asked me to pay and I paid 1.27 L. But surprisingly that he booked the ticket for 28th July. Now he and his entire management refused and not accepting their fault. They are not ready to return the fare difference and also asking me to pay again 31K for 31st July booking. These guys duped me purposely. They do targeting especially NRI customers. Do not do any business with them. They are cheaters and always asks more money but still will not give you service.

I am writing this review to help others. Don't trust these people. My Air Ticket is fraud. I made a payment of Rs. 1,82,000.00 for ticket issue. They did not issue ticket until last minute of my travel. I have to call them lot of times, but every time they come up with lame excuses. I was cheated. They promised me to refund the money but they never did. Its been more than 2 months. I am still waiting. Every time they will say refund will be done in 2 to 3 weeks.

I got great response while booking tickets to India using My Air Ticket. Maitrika Prasad worked with me and he was very helpful. He got me lowest fare compared to all others and also when my plan changed it was super easy to cancel flights as Maitrika made sure tickets could be cancelled within 24hrs with minimum penalty. All in all excellent experience I surely recommend this to everyone.
