Had a problem with the stock that I ordered but they allowed me to select an alternative for the same price as what I had originally ordered then dispatched it really quickly. Also arrived really well packaged. Would recommend.

There was a mix up with the parcels, I was sent the wrong order. Contacted, they apologies and rectified immediately. When things go wrong you really see the quality of an organisation. Thank you, excellent service.

Delivery quite slow

Food was of very high quality, packaged very well, and quick to arrive. However, it would be useful if the website updated their site more regularly to say whether or not an item is out of stock. There were a few items I'd ordered which didn't arrive, however, I was refunded in full for them. All in all, very good.

Great communication and wonderful fresh produce

Prompt delivery and if there was a problem with missing items they contacted me. Every item I ordered was exactly the good quality I expected. I would order more frequently but the delivery cost is quite high but that is expected as I ordered fresh items n bottles and it's exquisitely packaged so nothing gets broken or spoiled.

First time ordering and it was very easy to use the website. A few days later i received an email advising of a refund due to some items being out of stock (the main bits i needed) they sent rest of order. If i had known I would have likely cancelled the whole order as the bits i got delivered were just to make up the order
