Ordered a number of items and had to pay next day delivery at £6.32 days came went and I had a phone call saying out of stock so I said we just send what you’ve got and reef on the difference eventually arrived six days after my order paid for next day delivery shocking service

Ordered on the Monday. Selected 7 items. As two were fresh I was forced to pay £6.40 next day delivery. Some items not in stock so I responded send anyway and refund the missing items. Had no refund yet goods still not arrived (Thursday) not good advert as we needed products for a dinner party. Poor customer service, poor stock levels, no refund. I’d think twice before using this company

Been ordering online in this shop for quite a long time,before they deliver with in 3 days but now a days it takes more than a week which is a bit disappointing. Also it will be helpful if they can give updates so I know when to expect the delivery since it takes longer now a days.

I have been looking for these items and found them here. I was shocked that they were a lot cheaper than Amazon for the exact same product I'm happy that I found the bao buns that were delicious by the way. I will be coming back for more.

Quick delivery No hassle purchase

Items as described and delivered quickly. Excellent customer service as well. One of the items that was part of my order got sold out. They immediately got in touch with me and gave me the option to either choose a substitute product or give me a refund for the unavailable product. I chose a substitute product and got my order the next day.

was in all day ,no delivery was attemted ,was just told to go and fetch it ,kind of spoils the point of paying for delivery
