This is the second time we’ve used this company. The first time was okay, but this time our experience was less than positive. We encountered a really rude driver who virtually blanked us. We also got quoted a price which changed. Steer clear at all costs.

Used Chelmsford airport taxi for both pick up and drop off for our flights departing and landing at Heathrow. The communication between the office and myself prior to being picked up by the driver through WhatsApp was really helpful. The company has years of experience in airport transfers so you all you need to do is tell them the time your flight lands and takes off and they’ll be at the airport in good time. Highly recommend.
