United States | 18 May 2020I had ordered 2 bottles of hand sanitizer. When I opened the bubble envelope there was sanitizer all over the inside of the bag. I contacted the company through a link they provide for questions and problems, and a day later I received an email saying the issued was resolved and ticket was closed. ??? No one contacted me through email to say what the resolution would be. Soooo, I contacted them through their link again. The next day, same thing. The ticket was closed.

United States | 17 May 2020Our hand sanitizer arrived. It had a horrible odor when i unscrewed the lid. I dipped the tip of my little finger into the gel and almost immediately felt a burning sensation in my mouth and tongue. That teeny bit caused a terrible reaction, I DID NOT INGEST IT OR DRINK IT. This product appears toxic. My reaction to the odor and tiny skin contact was immediate. Please believe Eileen (posted before me) and I. I have reported to FDA. Ten hours later and that odor is still prevalent. We have sequestered the shipment in garage hopefully FDA will request testing.

I paid for expedited shipping and got excuses when my order of over priced hand sanitizer didn’t arrive when promised. Then a week later they send me a message telling me my order has been delivered. It wasn’t. I was home and checked my cameras and no delivery was made. I contacted medex and told them this and two days later was told my order is closed out and if it wasn’t delivered to contact fed ex. Fed ex says they know nothing about it and I have to deal w the seller. After three attempts to get medex to provide some customer service and help me all I receive from them is telling me it isn’t their problem. So they are crooks. Most likely never even sent my order so I’ve had my credit card company resolve this for me. Don’t deal with these people

United States | 11 May 2020Echo the complaints regarding buyer beware: BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! I ordered twelve bottles of hand sanitizer. The cost was $69.39. I found hand sanitizer at my local pharmacy for significantly less and requested to cancel my order. Medex Amber Johnson CSV declined and stated the order was in transit. The order stated on site several days prior to shipping. Upon receiving my order, the bottles were not sealed and they are half empty. It does not smell like any alcohol has been put in the mix at all - it smells foul, like vitamins or someting that would be harmful to your skin. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY. And the kicker, they want to charge a 15% reshipping fee and you have to pay to ship back to the company. I reported this to Illinois Attourney General and in the process of sending to NCDF Disaster complaint-form for price gouging. I can't send links in this review, but highly encourage all that were duped to stop this company from taking advantage of anyone else.

They advertise clear bottles that look like Purell. If you use the ChatBot, it even uses Purell in the commentary. The products arrived today, and the twelve bottles are not clear, they are not sealed, and they are half empty. Additionally, they do not smell like any alcohol has been put in the mix at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY. Also, the receptionist at RNA Corporation told me to use support @ medexsupply.net. The website says to use the .com email for support. I see below the option is info @ medexsupply.com. They also want to charges a 15% reshipping fee and you have to pay to ship back to the company. BLAH BLAH BLAH....unbelievable!

United States | 19 March 2020I placed an order for two cases of hand sanitizer which I was told they had on hand, I expected to receive the product a couple of days after placing the order when none arrived I spoke with my salesman Frank L who told me they were out of stock, I was disappointed by I understood under the COVID-19 crisis, a couple of days later I received a call from Frank L who informed me that he found an alternate product for me and personally took the time to walk the order through. I received the product and I'm very happy with it as a Director of Purchasing I can now supply our team members with much needed protection. I personally want to thank Frank L for caring and will definitely continue on doing business with Medex Supply

After 7 days of hearing nothing I called and they casually tell me that I wont be receiving anything. No call. No email. Guess they were hoping I would forget to call in and they would just keep my money. Very bad business practices. Shame on Medex Supply.

I called the cust service number for further clarification or possible reorder in the event it was a payment processing issue and was hung up on 3 times in a row. Unbelievable. I am unsure how they are still in business.

First I was told that since I paid original shipping that I wouldn't have to pay return shipping and that there would be a 20% restocking fee ($3.60). Didn't hear anything for over a week so I emailed again. THEN I was told that the item that I paid almost $30 for (item and s/h) could be returned if I paid return shipping AND they took a $10 restocking fee! $10 restocking fee on an $18 item!?! So you can resell it again at full price?! Not a chance. I threw it in the trash! Don't do business with this company. They are extremely unprofessional.

United States | 14 May 2018I purchased a $400 battery for a respiratory device I need to breathe. My insurance would not cover the battery. Medex Supply had the best price, and I found a coupon for free shipping. Medex Supply is one of a few online vendors that carry the battery. These are the only good aspects of my experience with Medex Supply. Medex Supply advertised that the battery would ship in 3-5 days, and the ground shipping would take another 7 to 10 days. My receipt states this timeframe. I ordered the battery on April 25. On May 7, Medex Supply emailed me that the battery was on back order and would ship on July 2! I do not understand why it took 12 days to tell me about a 2-month delay. When I spend $400 on an item, I expect honesty about the delivery timeframe. Quality stores would have advertised that they were out of stock.and the delivery date was uncertain. They should have at least told me that my order hadn't shipped on day 5. To make matters worse, I had trouble canceling my order. I could not find instructions for canceling an order. I contacted customer service through the online form on the evening of May 7. On the form I gave my email, phone number, and order number. By the afternoon of May 11, I hadn't heard back. I looked up my history on their website, and my order was listed as in process. I called customer service, and the representative told me that cancelations had to be by replying to the email notifying me about the backorder. I'm waiting to hear back. I had to order from another vendor, and I hope my money will be refunded before my credit card bill is due, but I won't hold my breath! This is my first and last experience with Medex Supply.
