We discussed the property and it transpired that a Homebuyers Survey was required, even though I still thought I should have a full structual survey done but after speaking with Darren he explained the many reason why the Homebuyers Survey would be sufficient for what was needed, thus saving me money and not overcharging for a service not required. Reason enough to feel safe and in good hands. The survey was seamlessly booked with the property vendor agents and I received emails notifying me that the appointment was booked and when for etc. Once the survey was complete Darren again reached out to let me know there was a query which needed further investigation which may delay the report getting back to me, another reason as to why I felt in good hands, most wouldn't bother to let you know these days. Received the survey a couple of days after the survey was completed and the report I received was great, easy to read with reasons for scoring and solutions to those issues which needed attending, not sure what more you could ask for. In a world where customer service is dwindling, it was great to see it very much alive with Chant Surveys. Thank you Darren.
