Purchased one of their plans on their website as instructed thru ebay message. Site took quite some time to get set up. Had nothing but issues from the beginning. took several days to get the free WHMCS. Began using finally and experience several issues and have received no response fro support tickets. Takes days to get an answer and most go unanswered. Was able to get refund thru Pay Pal and once I did I finally receive a response to one of my tickets however their beigest concern was for me to cancel my paypal complaint. I instructed them I would allow a rebill in 30 days if they would get the services purchased working. Days later services were still not working and tickets still went un-answered. soon after my services were suspended for no payment. The support continually goes unanswered. Chalking this one up to be a BIG SCAM!!! Beware and do not use them. Fortunately was able to get my refund thru paypal. As for the C-panel and WHM they are nulled license's along with the free WHMCS.

1. They use the Nulled cPanel/WHM. I tried to verify the ip they provided on the official cPanel page, but it shows that the valid license is not registered on their ips. 2. They also provide Nulled WHMCS. Don't be fooled by the fact that Reseller Hosting has a free WHMCS. What they offered me was a nulled WHMCS. 3. It takes a very long time to get support. They don't check Live Chat very well, and Ticket hasn't replied in more than five days. 4. They are completely different from what they specify on the homepage and what they specify in the terms and conditions. They promote the 30 day money back grant on their website, but the terms and conditions indicate that they never actually provide a refund. 5. Malware is still installed on their main homepage. I told them several times that there seems to be Malware on the homepage, but it seems that they are intentionally neglecting Malware installed on the homepage. Still, when I try to access the website, it redirects to a weird website. If you plan to use this hosting, please think carefully. There could be a difference between what they say and what they actually get offered.

In general the experience is good, the service works great for small sites or really well optimized sites, since the servers are always at capacity The customer support is regular, they often take more than 3 days to answer and have issues with their website and client panel, but they try to help you The servers need more maintenance and attention, it's normal that when you create a new website it redirects to another and the vhost isn't well configured (But it's easy to fix it as a client) The support team needs more knowledge because they often don't understand what's the problem or don't know how to fix it But it's a cheap hosting and reseller, it works, and making some additional configurations it's really functional

After testing your service, purchased on ebay, for months I put it to the test. But I have to say it's really bad. A slow and unmanageable hosting service.

The service dont work not even for small sites with little traffic. You pay for a service that NEVER works, they dont give you any support. Practically this is a dirty and low scam, please dont throw your money to the trash.. look for a professional and decent hosting provider in another place, just dont make the mistake of buying hosting services with them and if already you bought please ask for a refund as soon as you can.... Very bad service

The Company is not the best they do have some technical issues but support was able to me work around everything this far. Responses are a little slow but its sure. This is my review with just less than a month using their services. After using a while now emails are not working 100% one of my sites go removed without warning(I was able to get it back up with the help of support). At the end of the day to be fair Ive had worse but not the best

Already using reseller plan for around a month. First week was a pain in the ass but talked to support and they changed the server for my hosting plan. Pros: -Servers have good speed. I cant get my websites to have an A in gtmetrix and 90+ score in Lighthouse. -Unlimited cPanels -Unlimited SSD -Free WHMCS -If theres an issue and you submit a ticket theyll fix the issue Cons: -Support is very very slow. Typically it takes a day to get a reply for a ticket. And can feel kinda rude sometimes -I've experienced downtime a few times. I give 3 stars because I cant get much info about this hosting as well and I cant say I trust this hosting provider for a long term yet. Im still getting to know it. If my experience improves I'll definetely give a new review.

After telling them that I will give them bad review, the support agreed to refund the amount. Being a new company I give them a hall pass to improve their customer interactions and make their ads of Refund within 30 days more clear for new customer with out any catch of Refund only for yearly subs which they don't mentioned in their website. So increasing my experience rating to 3 ======================================= Pathetic servers for initial plan, I started with basic plan and found that it can't even handle a site with 7mb data, Server bleed and cries hard. and just on the same day I asked to cancel my service and do the refund, this is what their 30 days Money Back Guarantee stands for: Reply from their service support: ================================= Hello I can see you have placed order for monthly plan. Refund is not avaiable for monthly plans. They never gave me the license for whmcs, and at the same time they send you an email saying that account creations are no longer unlimited but that you can only create 10 accounts and the additional ones will charge you, really a bad investment
