Let down by the delivery time. Longer than the 3-5 days as per your website and not "quick delivery" as per your repeated phone message. I'm told by you that there's a message when you check out that there are delays on delivery but that message should be on first page on your website highlighted so its not missed. But I expect you believe once a customer reached the checkout they will go ahead. Not good customer service
