Checked description on site verbally by phone (some sellers misleadingly describe their fence post spikes as 750mm - wanted to ensure those ordered were 900mm overall length, i.e. actual spike was 750mm. Prompt response when I rang; Wayne - Customer Service very helpful. Very pleased with price which was very competitive. Order arrived am next day as promised. Well-packed. Will buy from this seller again.

Excellent service and product along with first class delivery

I ordered some decking screws on a Wednesday night for a job I was planning to do that weekend. The company offered a next day delivery service, which I know I had missed by the Wednesday night but I had hoped to have received the screws by Friday, in time for my plan work. But by Saturday evening, I still hadn’t received my order. After contacting the company to complain about this, I was offered my delivery charge, which was £9, back for the inconvenience of not receiving my delivery in the time stated, but I’m still waiting for charge to be refunded, nearly two weeks later. I won’t be using this company in the future and I would caution anyone else from doing likewise.
