United States | 09 December 2011My ordered was cancelled days after it was placed. I have no idea why it was cancelled, but now I am without a birthday gift for my Grandson. I was still charged and now I have to fight to get a refund.

United States | 09 December 2011My item arrived in a fair amount of time; however, the item was not packed appropriately. It was stuffed, without any packing material, into a box that was too small. It was a headset and I can suspect, based on the packing issues, it won't last very long.

Even when I asked a question they replied with an actual e-mail instead of an automated response! I am very happy with their services!

United States | 07 December 2011I wanted to buy a game that's been hard to find and their website said they had 2 in stock. More expensive than it should be, but at least (they said) they had it. I made the purchase online and stopped looking. A few days later they cancel my purchase. When I email them asking why, they only said "we're out of stock". Now I can't find the game anywhere. If I had not stopped looking then I'd probably have found it somewhere else. Will never be buying from this company again!

United States | 07 December 2011I ordered a product from this company. Usually, websites send a shipping confirmation within 2 days. My transaction was performed on Monday. That Friday (5 business days later), they sent me an email informing me that the product was out of stock. I note that when I ordered it, it was in stock. In the meantime, this same product was part of a toysrus cyper sale. However, already ordering it and expecting it from this company, I did not take advantage. Dealing with this company did nothing but set me back and cost me money for the Christmas season. I expressed my dissatisfaction and there was no offer of anything to help negate my dissatisfaction (ex. coupon code or free shipping on future order).

The new one that they shipped me is all dirty and disgusting. I have tried to play it but it does not work properly. Shipping was quick and the customer service was friendly.

If they didn't stock it any longer...why was was it on the site...and why did they take my order in the first place. I won't give them my business anymore...oh wait....I was the only one doing business!!!!

Everything went well with the purchase, speedy arrival, good packaging so I ordered again a few games from the old Game Boy Advance days.. again all good! This past Holiday I ordered from them twice and as always my items came quick and painlessly. Kinect all hooked up and a couple of games! Nice!! I'm loving these guys as my gameroom is becoming a real man cave,.. my wife.. eh, not so much, lol..
