The VHF radio i ordered arrived on the day and hour they said it would, which over the christmas period I thought was excellent service

You claimed that I had been 'unavailable' on the first delivery day (16/12), when I was definitely in during the notified period, and would have heard either the doorbell or the knocker. You took a photo of my front door, but you cannot have knocked or rung. The time of the rearranged delivery (18/12) was not communicated until late morning, so I could not plan my day until then. The afternoon time quoted then moved forward repeatedly, as did my place in the queue - from 55 to 62 - clearly too many for one day. These changes were not notified, but had be obtained by repeatedly checking the tracking link. The deliveries achieved got to number 60 by just before 9pm and then all went quiet. The tracking link became unavailable so I assumed deliveries for the day were finished and I wondered how I could rearrange as I would be out the following day. Then at about 9.45pm, the doorbell rang and I saw a van driving off. It took a few moments to locate the parcel on my garden path in the pitch dark. I had wasted an entire day waiting. Postscript: 24/12 I'm pleased to have been offered a refund of the delivery charge. Thanks to the Company for responding.
