Very fast service

Fast delivery service, website was easy to use

Transaction was straightforward and I received regular communication regarding expected delivery. However, the courier, APC, did not show on Day1, kept pushing back delivery slot on Day 2 (still did not arrive), promised me a morning delivery on Day 3 ( still no delivery) and promised 8.00 - 12.00 on Day 4 (delivered 2.20pm after I had to go out). I had specifically requested delivery to my safe space if out, and yet they delivered to my neighbour who was then out when I returned. For a next day delivery it took 5 days. The coat was too large so I arranged an exchange. As a goodwill gesture, a courier was sent to collect my return - yes! the original courier ! Incredibly they managed to collect it at the first opportunity and within the time slot given. I have requested a different courier for the replacement item which will be dispatched once the original purchase is returned. Hopefully this will be more straightforward! Coat was great quality and was the best price I could find and I would recommend this item.
