We recently participated in BLS (Basic Life Support) and Fire Safety training led by Monika, and it was an outstanding experience. Monika's expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the sessions. She explained complex concepts clearly and made sure everyone understood, regardless of prior experience. The training was highly interactive, with hands-on practice and real-life scenarios that kept us engaged and made learning enjoyable. Amy came to us today to deliver Medical Emergency training and Amy is an excellent trainer at DD. she was so thorough and she was able to get the whole team engaged and we were able to focus extremely well during the whole session. we as a team feel a lot more confident in medical emergencies. thank you so much Amy.
