I ordered some navy linen trousers that were on sale. I got onto your help line re sizes. I said I was a 14 and quite often a 12 in trousers. I was advised to get medium as the large would be too big so I ordered medium which turned out to be too small. I took them back to Wallace Cotton in Te Aro but of course I couldn't get a refund as they were on sale so ended up buying some towels which I didn't need.

Attempted to make a purchase over the phone and unfortunately the whole experience was not good. Staff at the Cambridge store did not appear to have the training to complete my order and when a refund was required, there was many emails back and forth between myself and the store, with unfortunately little understanding of how this procedure worked.
