I took tags off thinking 6month clothes would fit my baby girl and doesn’t due to small made and now I can’t send back.

Absolutely amazing the lady was so helpful on the Facebook page where she sent me pictures of the perfect dresses for my daughters photo shoot. The dress arrived to fast and is so beautiful and a lovely quality! Will be ordering again.

Great service and items

I ordered a dress for my little girl's first birthday then decided after ordering I would prefer the other colour in the dress. I emailed love lully and they responded very quickly and were able to change the colour of the dress. It was then delivered very quickly. Brilliant service and will deffo order again!

Good service, quick delivery. Was out of stock of item however, there was a note left on the delivery note to say it had been refunded, just waiting for that to come through still. Not sure if it longer if payment was made by Clearpay. Would have maybe been better to receive an email about the stock issue as I could have selected a different item in the promotion instead. But other than that, everything was easy and quick.

I payed for 48 hour tracked delivery on Thursday and my sister dodnt revice the babys blanket until the Monday.. very disappointed.

An amazing experience, got 48 hour tracking and it was delivered 2 days later as promised. The outfit I ordered came on a hanger so it wasn't creased or damaged which was perfect as it's for a special occasion. The outfit was amazing quality and looked so good on my little one. Would definitely buy from Love Lully again. Highly recommend!!
