Service was good and sent out the day after I approved the drawings! I was advised an afternoon delivery but arrived at 9.30pm which was a bit surprising. Instructions were written for the canopy I bought and picture instructions which shared some components for another variant of the product which was a bit confusing but at least have you some idea how it went together. Got it built in a day but couldn’t get the polycarbonate panels in with the hard gasket supplied so just used the soft gasket but it looks good now it’s up, Torkild was very helpful in the sales process and post sales follow up.
