Awsome, everything went well , easy going !

Kissimmee, FL - I ATTEMPTED to rent one of their 30 yard dumpsters. I paid $479.00 on my credit card. On the day that the dumpster was supposed to be delivered - it never showed up and no one from your office called me. I had to call them and they informed me that their truck was broken but assured me that it would be fixed the next day. Two days went by and still no dumpster. I finally canceled the order and requested that my $479.00 be refunded. I also asked for an email receipt showing that the funds were returned to my credit card. I never got the receipt and after waiting a week and a half for it - I called again and was informed that something went wrong with the refund and they would have to try again. At this time I asked for the receipt again, and was once again told that I would receive it right away - I did not. I had called them many times during a two week period and received just about every excuse you can think of. I have not received my refund. I believe they are a scam operation and will now have to resort to a legal remedy.

Very late, truck drop oil on customer driveway and did't pickup the dumpster on the day schedule. Need improvement.
