The boxes were a fair price, and delivered quickly and in perfect condition. My wife and I soon found out, though, that we wanted handles in the sides to be able to lift and carry them without strain. Such a shame they did not have the cut-outs. So I've been busy with my craft knife and tape. Much better!

The boxes and bubblewrap ordered arrived in perfect condition the next day, in fact all of Kites deliveries to us have either arrived on time or ahead of schedule. Thumbs up from us!

So the first delivery the driver left the package behind our offices and I only found out three days later and by then it had rained and ruined the packaging. This was reported to Kite and to be fair they replaced the order t no cost. However when the delivery driver arrived he drove straight passed our offices and delivered it to another company, I only found out when I checked up on the delivery and spoke to customer services and found out who it was delivered to when they sent me a picture. So to conclude, happy with the product but the delivery service is somewhat poor.

Packaging arrived quickly and is abundant in quantity.

Using the boxes of this company for more than 3 years, spending over £10k in total, but when we asked to return one of the wrong ordered position, they declined it saying, it`s over returning timeframes. A bit shocked, was thinking, it`s not a big deal, for the customer, who spent such a pile of money. Looking for an alternative now.

Good quality boxes and very fast delivery. Would be a one stop shop if they had a few more packaging sizes, but you can’t have everything. Definitely would recommend.
