Professional , responsive and readily available to answer all our questions in navigating a rental in a foreign country where we knew no one and didn’t speak the language . personal service and quality apartments! after booking an airbnb for 1 month in Rome, and having to leave it after 1 night because of how disgusting it was I was super stressed about finding alternative accommodation within my budget and at such short notice, during high season. We spent four years at Via Taranto 95 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment has been modernised throughout to a very good standard and the patio area is a huge bonus, especially during the warmer months and great for entertaining. Located very close to shops, bus, metro, train station and walking distance to San Giovanni and the Colisseum. A great Rome/Italian experience and we were sad to leave!!

Great agency, very supportive and dependable. My agent at CribMed was Ivana and I highly recommend her. She was always available, very helpful, very clear. She was always honest with me and made sure I knew I could reach out to her whenever there any issue or if I had questions. I moved to Rome not speaking any Italian whatsoever, so she went through the contract with me line by line to make sure I knew exactly what it was saying, and has continued to be supportive. I can give an example--when my wifi was not working, I reached out to Ivana, and although she was out of Rome, she organized that I receive a backup modem from her colleague Richard. Very quick and so so helpful. Overall I would say they are a committed team, professional, and you can depend on them.
