Not sure why this scheme is called 'discountedstamps' when they are simply replacing the stamps we have already paid full price for and it is only in the Royal Mail's interests that we need to change them. Their cut-off date is not fair and probably not lawful. Despite this, their service was fine, but do not like the ugly larger format stamps.

Overall, I highly recommend the products supplied. It's a very good way of reducing postal costs for individuals & small businesses who reply on the post service. My order was delayed slightly, but this was due to - ironically - strikes at Royal Mail! However, comms from the company were excellent and kept we informed of the progress of my order.

This is probably my fault, so I gave you 5 stars anyway. Just that the stamps are bigger than normal and I didn't realise they would be. I assume I can still use them on normal letters and Christmas cards
