Cancelled my subscription and still get charged regularly. And when they charge I don’t even get a product. CRAZY!

I have canceled my subscription back in December 2019, and I AM STILL GETTING CHARGED $55 EVERY MONTH!! I have to call my bank every time this unauthorized purchase shows in my transaction history. this is FRAUD. Since Jan 2021, they have completed disappeared online (their website cant be found anywhere) but are still charging my account

TERRIBLE ...If I could give zero stars I would... I cancelled my membership after the first box due to POOR product quality and TERRIBLE customer service. I wore the leggings for a 30 minute walk with my dog - there was a hole in the seam within 10 minutes. I have leggings from numerous other brands that I've had for years that don't even look worn yet even though I wear and wash them once a week. I contacted customer service to return them before I was charged - they didn't respond so I ended up cancelling in order to avoid being charged for their terrible product. This all happened in Feb 2020. Like I said, I cancelled in Feb 2020. In September 2020 I was charged TWICE for a subscription. Contacted customer service and no response. I was charged again in Jan 2021 for a subscription. I contacted customer service and again, no response. Just went looking for their phone number and their website has been taken down! I'm at a loss. This is borderline fraud. They've now taken $170 off of me without providing a product AND without my permission - that's stealing

DO NOT SIGN UP! I did receive the product and it was soaked in formaldehyde, so I cancelled and they kept charging my card!! I emailed them multiple times but no response. They stopped charging me for a few months then randomly started charging me again on an inconsistent basis and did not even bother to send the product, just charging every few months, I imagine to stay under the radar. I cannot get a hold of anyone and had to dispute the charges with my credit card company that helped me out. Your info is not secure, this is a Scam.

I would give this company 0 stars if possible. DO NOT SIGN UP! They will take your money and not send you the product. I cancelled my account and they are still charging my account yet not sending me anything. Customer service is terrible! No phone number to reach someone. Email them and you will NEVER get a response from them. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SIGN UP! THEY ARE A SCAM!

I would have given negative ratings if that was possible. I had my membership cancelled last year and had no issue with the product so far. But two months back I was charged with a membership fee which I had cancelled. There was no reply from the so called 24/7 customer service and on top of that the account section on their website is broken so I cannot delete my card details. Luckily I had my CC company cancel the transaction. This month again I am being charged for god knows which membership and they don’t even reply. The phone number is out of service. Please can anyone help me to remove my card details from this awful website.

Worst company ever! I actually don’t even think they are a real company! They only have 5 styles, never add new apparel and you cannot get a response from customer service. I cancelled my “membership” and they still charged me. They told my CC company that I signed a yearly contract (according to their terms and conditions). That wasn’t anywhere in the fine print. Do not buy from them!!

Like many others leaving comments I have had the same experience since starting my subscription. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks and have had no response as well as they charged my account and I have not received my subscription. The customer service is extremely poor and they say there is 24/7 support via email and text. Never use them! The close are very cute but looks like they need to make MANY hires for customer service and learn a thing or two about it.

Similar to other customers, I was charged on 6/2/2020 for my quarterly box. Boxes ship on the 15th and so it should have been received by 6/26/2020, at the latest. I have since emailed 3 times with no response. I tracked down a phone number that is out of service and I now find their website is malfunctioning. I have disputed the charge with my bank.

I was charged $64.95 on June 2nd. I’m confused because it’s more then I expected. I was charged but the box hasn’t been shipped and I haven’t received any update. I’ve tried contacting them via email, text, social media and they are not responding. I ended up having to dispute the charge. I had a feeling they were connected to fabcrate and finch but when I asked they said they were not.

It’s been two weeks of me trying to get into contact with them. I will get a reply once and I won’t hear back from anyone. I can’t get them to reply to emails. I commented on a post on IG and they told me to DM, after I had alrdy DMd and didn’t get a reply. I have texted(gotten one reply), emails, DM and NOTHING. I actually did like the sub but after alrdy being charged and not getting anything it’s unacceptable. Site says it’s 49 a month but I’m being charged 60 plus shipping which was also another one of my questions along with why I didn’t receive my box. Either way still trying to currently cancel my sub. Such a cool concept terrible customer service.

I subscribed after seeing all the 5 star reviews everywhere else and reading about their “great” customer service. I also read about their full refund policy and decided to give it a shot. That was a mistake. First set I received the leggings ran very small, I always get size small and rarely have issues with other brands, and they were also extremely dense and had minimal stretch. Terrible workout material. The day after I received them I sent an email asking for a return label (there wasn’t one included in the box) and received a reply the next day asking for more details on the exchange, even though I clearly stated I wanted to return and not exchange. So I reply with my concerns about the size and material and further clarify that I want to do a return not an exchange. A couple days go by and I didn’t receive a reply so I emailed again, using the same thread, and get the same response as the first time ( more details). So I respond the same way I did the first time. I got a reply that same day saying they are sorry to hear that and asking me if I want a refund. Who wants to do a return without a refund? That was just a stupid question. That was four days ago and I have sent three more emails since then asking for my label and still have not received a response or my label. Horrible customer service and the pair of leggings I received were horrible. The sports bra wasn’t as bad and I don’t know how other pairs they send are but I will not be sticking around to find out. I also believe they filter their reviews since their website only shows 5 star reviews. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Update: They finally got me my return label 10 days after the return process was started. I don’t think I would have ever heard anything back if I hadn’t kept emailing and started leaving bad reviews. Their excuse: startup issues. I don’t believe it but you can decide.

This experience went from bad to worse/ the quality of the merchandise is just ok but then add in the fact that they put RUBBER labels on the outside of their clothing with their logo is just downright tacky. On top of that they only give you 5 business days to return the merchandise, don’t include a return label or answer the customer service number either by text or call. When you go online to cancel - the message says it will take 5 BILLING CYCLES to cancel the subscription. Again no on answers the customer service lines so I had to go to my bank for help STAY AWAY!!!! The old “we tried to reach out to you” response is laughable. You tried to reach out once you saw this review. For the 34 paid reviews you have on your site to be the only ones allowed should tell you everything you need to know about this company.
