Some 3PLs advertise great communication but don't quite deliver as I have found out but Blue30 has such fantastic customers service with a friendly account manager that reply within the hour on initial messages and talks to you in live time. Its also great to be able to talk live with their goods in team to iron out any inbound issues as they happen ensuring that stock is checked in quickly and ready for sale. I really couldn't ask for more.

United Kingdom | 19 April 2024Where to begin really. The service I received from Blue30 was very poor to say the least. I would think twice about joining them. There pricing is extremely high compared to other prep centres and they will try and squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Stock check ins got slower, and the staff were easily confused. Speaking to someone new over chat there was no handover and lack of diligence. Several times my stock was lost or misplaced leading me to start and investigation for 3 weeks to get to the bottom of it. The whole point of paying a prep centre is to take this hassle away from you. As a new seller looking to grow their FBA business and scale Blue30 is not the prep centre for you. I have no doubt this poor service will catch up to them one day and so it should.
