This cream was recommended by my chiropodist, I had very dry and cracked skin due to having to wear supportive arched sandals all year round and having plantar fasciitus. It really is worth every penny , my dry skin improved after a couple of days and I have been using the cream for about 5 months now and I will continue to.

Worked well, delivered as promised. The Once seems more effective than the Manuka Honey, though while improving the hard skin on my heels, neither has managed to remove it. From the order of ingredients, I guess the Honey content of the “Manuka” is nearer 1%, and not therefore justifying it’s prominence on the packaging.
