Good communication regarding delivery slot which was perfect for me. Delivery driver polite and friendly asked me where by I would like the tank put. Haven’t yet put tank in place as decorating but it looks great I’m sure my African clawed frogs will love it.!

Easy but inaccurate dimensions. Everything was a piece of cake. We ordered to tank to exactly match a block above the stairs. Wasn’t made aware that the tank is approximately 50mm bigger than the tank at the back. Therefore creating a over-hang. Overall I’m very with my purchase and the delivery driver is very sweet

I actually bought this tank for my gerbils. It’s large enough to create different sections, thereby improving the scope for more enrichment opportunities. The item arrived on time, with the company updating me on the delivery schedule and timings. The delivery man went above and beyond, offering to carry the tank into a room of my choice, as it was heavy. The tank arrived with a thick mat to put under it, offering protection for the glass and the surface it was being placed on, along with clear instructions for customers intending to use it as a fish tank. Overall, an excellent service, and I wouldn’t hesitate ordering through this company again.

Great customer service I asked for them to deliver on a different weekend and they did, also have me an estimated time for delivery which was also on schedule , only thing was I was getting worried as my cart was still showing with my tank in it, Im not used to that happening but I was assured that it was only until it was delivered seemed strange but just to let people not to worry as I did , they are great and really very quickly to resolve any issues or fears thankyou MB stores !

Delivered a few days earlier than estimated. I found the company easy to contact and easy to speak to on the phone. When our huge 4ft tank was delivered the delivery driver even helped my husband unpack and put the tank on the stand that we had ready for it. He was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful

only fault with the whole experance was the never ending sale that seamed to be on the tank. other than that from start to finish it was a great experance dealing with this company. the tank is great, the lid a little poorly designed but dose that job once trimmed a little

For the price it looks well finished put together, hood isn't the greatest does the job though, i haven't got around to filling and stalking fish but so far so good and would definitely recommend 😀
