delivery good tank now set up, the hood sits over the edges of the glass meaning l cant have a sheet of clear plastic over the tank to stop hood condensation any suggestions...

Ordered the 4ft 300l comfort set with lid direct off website, was delivered the following weekend, driver was very helpful. The tank itself is quite simply the best price per litre you will find, the stand is a little dated in design but still looks quite nice, it is however very sturdy and nice and thick wood, would have liked more cupboard space but enough for external filter. The tank is flat bottom, 8mm thick with very good clean silicone joints, and while it's float glass it's still crystal clear. The addition of a foam matt for the base is a nice touch and a good safety measure against cracks on bottom. The hood is where the money saving shows, it's not very thick or sturdy but it does the job. The included led light is brilliant, bright but not too bright plenty enough to aid good plant growth. Overall it's a bargain and quite simply unmatched in terms of pound per litre cost half as much as the "big" brands. The customer experience from MB stores was slick, uncomplicated and quick, and a mentioned delivery driver was brilliant. After a big tank you would be silly to go elsewhere.

Went above and beyond. We ordered a fish tank to our parents address by mistake, good half an hour away, rang the number on the MB website and it was immediately answered by a gentleman who said he'd sort it out even though it was being delivered as we spoke!! Couldn't believe it when he confirmed the change of plan minutes later and two lovely blokes showed up to the right house without a word of complaint, even carried the tank upstairs for me. I wouldn't recommend making the same mistake we did, but would absolutely recommend this store. Customers for life now, what amazing service :) Ps. Tank seems great quality too.
