Excellent service, great delivery and helpful driver

I purchased the 300litre Comfort Set. Received an email with my delivery date and time slot. Arrived as expected. Delivery driver was very helpful. Tank stand needs assembled, the instructions were quite difficult to follow but if you have any experience with flat pack furniture then it's easy enough to figure out without the instructions. The tank is really heavy so always ensure you have someone to help with lifting and moving onto your stand. Good quality, highly recommend.

Good information

We needed a new tank as ours had developed a slow leak. All measurements on the website, including glass thickness which helped to make the decision. Delivery information before you finalised the sale, made sure we KNEW that it wasn't going to be a next day style delivery. Delivery window sent as promised on the Thursday which gave us time on the Sunday to get the current tank inhabitants ready for the move. Slight delays on the day, but with local road closures (A360 at the A303) along with known traffic delays we weren't overly surprised. The guy sack trucked the tank all the way to the front door from our car park, helped lift it in and told us that the tank mat was in the bottom of the rank so we could get it out before the tank was situated! Great service, simple ordering. Would definitely use this company again

Very nice fish tank

First time buying from MB Store, it won’t be the last. Great communication. Delivery early in time slot. Driver asked where I wanted it and took into the room. Aquarium is superb quality and looks fabulous now set up as a main feature in our living room.
