First time using movers, BC movers were recommended by a coworker and they did a fantastic job. Showed up on time, worked hard and efficiently, no damages, and very reasonable with their rates. I would use them again in the future!

From my very first contact to inquire to the actual delivery of my new residence, everything went seamlessly!!! He went above and beyond! Definitely recommend using their moving service!!!

Wonderful Service!!! We literally called the day before and had the best experience. Answered all our questions and gave us a reasonable time even with the short notice. They will be our go to for any moving needs! Fantastic!

Don't know where to start--if there were a 10 star rating they would get it from me. Movers went above and beyond what I thought they would do. Much appreciated by a slightly physically impaired senior person. Left the old home and let them come in and do their job over two days. Came on time and worked efficiently for move from one city to another one close by. Electronics carefully packed and made it through safely, as did everything else. Would recommend them VERY HIGHLY!

We have used BC Movers several times now for move outs, storage and move ins. Tyler and team are amazing! They are efficient, take care and attention with your things, on time, reliable and trust-worthy! We would highly recommend them. Last time we mis-placed a box (our fault entirely) and they took time to retrieve it and return it to us. They know how to take things apart for safe travel and bring all the tools needed. We've never lost an item or had anything damaged in 4 moves. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Hard workers- no slacking Nothing broken. They knew what they were doing! They even moved the piano when some others wouldn’t!

This is my second experience with BC Movers. The first experience was excellent, and this was just as good. The guys who did the packing were careful, respectful, and efficient, and when they added a man for the moving and unpacking, they again showed great respect for my belongings, handled everything with care, worked efficiently, and worked closely with me while unpacking to make sure everything was set up and placed exactly where I wanted it. Friendly, responsible, and efficient--highly recommended!

Helped to move my daughter who has disabilities and were extremely helpful. Did the job very quickly and efficiently. Both movers were very kind, hard working and had a good attitude overall. I will use this company again if needed. I definitely recommend it. Its all about the attitude! and the efficiency in the way they worked! 5 Stars for sure!

My $400 chess board was outta the bag and scratched for some reason when I seen it in the bag before the move. Also my $3000 safe has scratches when it’s brand new and wasn’t covered when dollied or ratchet strapped.

The overall experience was seamless, got a bit unlucky with the traffic and ended up paying for an hour extra. But you get what you paid for Tyler and Gustavo were professional and efficient. Would hire again for sure.

Excellent Gentlemen and ! Very hard working and they all did their job well. Andy, Gustavo, and I believe the third mover was Dave. I would use them again 100%.

Tyler was extremely helpful and informative and always available to answer questions or concerns. The packers arrived on time and did exactly as asked. And the freight shipping was smooth and easy. Tyler facilitated everything and very little was required from me.

They came on very short notice and finished everything up very quickly. Super friendly and professional service. I’ve used them before and every time they’re great.

The crew were great in handling all of our packed boxes and furniture. Great work disassembling and reassembling everything, and placing all items roughly where they were supposed to go on each floor. We didn't have too much stuff as we were moving from a 1400 SQft Townhome to a 2600 SQft detached 1.5 KM North of where we were. The Quote was for $1800, plus tax/tip, which I could only imagine ending up being around $2200 or so. So, I weighed my options of it being Average price from everywhere else I checked. Also, taking into consideration: Full Day 20 Foot U-Haul or Equivalent Truck and Gas - $300 4 Friends - $400/Free 99 Food and Beer - $200? Supplies/Extras - $200? Total - $700-$1100???? 4-5 hours? So I said, hey, I'll save my friends and family the hassle of doing a lot or anything and just pay because the cost wasn't enough for me to gripe over. The day of the trip, they couldn't fit everything on the 1 truck they brought, so at the 4.5 hour mark, after moving everything they had into our new place, they had to go back for more stuff. Thus adding another 2 hours to the total of the day. The bill ended up being around $2800 after tax and Tip all said and done. So, it was definitely higher than expected and that it was originally quoted. The service was great, but I'd definitely weigh my options next time, if there is one.

I would give 4.5 stars if I could because the guys showed up at 10 AM when we had a text message with a confirmation for 9 AM. A little disconcerting for an hour. However, the guys were all efficient, careful, worked hard, and overall did a great job. They were very mindful of the bylaws at the apartment related to holding the elevator and not blocking the hallways, etc.

The communication was pretty solid and the 2 movers were very polite, but I have to say they were very slow compared to what we were used to. The unit we were moving out of is very tricky and annoying (eg have to go through the parkade from the elevator and then through two gates) but for some reason they made very little use of the dollies and only 1 guy ever came up to our unit. The move cost us literally double what it cost us to move in with pretty much the exact same stuff and this was with me doing a lot of the work on the one end and both myself and my wife on the other end (eg literally using their dollies, hauling mattresses etc). The previous movers we've used managed to make great use of the dollies and their system (eg each guy coming up and moving stuff then going down together and putting it in the truck) was so much faster. I would not use this company again based on how slow it was and how expensive it came out to be.
