Nothing is too much trouble for the guys collecting, and booking a slot is easy and convenient. They also call when they are on the way which is helpful. We just had another collection by Daniel and Arjan who were amazing doing a large load in the pouring rain and having to navigate a lot of stairs. Brilliant!
