Ben (in terms of mortgages) and Joe (in terms of insurance) have been nothing but outstanding during quite a hard process due to Land Registry, old solicitors not doing what they were meant to and Doctors being obstructive. We first approached Linay & Shipp Financial Services at the beginning of 2021 to seek advice about mortgages as we were first time buyers. We were assigned Ben as we were advised he was the most experienced at dealing with first time buyers. Due to requiring a larger deposit than expected and not finding the perfect place for some time it was a few months until we were ready to move forward. However throughout the months leading up to this point Ben was always more than happy to help and advise us along our journey. Finally we were in a position to put in an offer on a house, which was accepted. Ben quickly secured us a mortgage allowing us to move forward smoothly.
