Brilliant, friendly, hassle-free service from Mark. Hired a hot tub for my daughters birthday. Mark set it up, ran through the instructions with me and assured me I could contact him at any time if we had any issues. We did have one small hiccup over the weekend and Mark was on hand to remedy the problem. Fantastic service and will definitely hire for them again

I hired a Hot Tub from this company recently and had a absolutely fantastic time with friends!! From setting up to taking away Mark was excellent and made it a stress free , pleasant experience (even with me changing my mind about where I wanted it 100 times!!) I hired a hot tub for a week in August and would highly recommend Perthshire Hot Tub Hire. Mark was fantastic - set the tub up in no time, ran through how to work it and check the chemicals etc, which was backed up by instructions via email. He also made sure I had his contact number just in case of any issues (there were none so this wasn’t required). The tub held its temperature very well (38) when the bubbles were on and between 40/42 when they were off. I had such a great experience I’ve made another booking in October.

We hired a hot tub over New Year, great communication with Mark. Dropped off and picked up when planned. We had a great few days and the kids loved it. We left it to heat overnight but would advise to use the hot water tap to get it up to temperature quicker if needed. Would definitely use again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Perthshire Hot Tub Hire. Excellent service from initial enquiry to removal of hot tub. We were unsure if the hot tub would be hired outwith Perth but Mark was happy to deliver to Dunfermline. Easy installation, the tub took a day to heat as we were unable to use our hot tap. Comprehensive instructions were given and a back up sent on line. Good communication when we needed some advice during the hire. The hot tub was enjoyed by the family and was able to accommodate 6 girls for a 21st birthday surprise. After a week we drained the tub and Mark dismantled everything. I can highly recommend this family business to anyone who wants a little luxury in life. We recently celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary and couldn’t get away due to family commitments so I enquired about a hot tub hire to bring a chilled relaxing setting to our home. Mark helped us from start to finish and I can highly recommend his prompt and friendly service. He made everything easy for us, from organising to delivery and collection. Scott came to our home to set everything up and he returned to pack everything away, he was brilliant, after packing away you would of never known the hot tub had even been in the garden Thank you so much, I will definitely be hiring again, it’s such a brilliant idea, easy and friendly service. Excellent service from start to finish and a quality product! Mark made the booking and set-up process very simple and provided good advice and support! Fantastic - would highly recommend! The whole experience was very positive and very easy from beginning to end. Mark was great and arrived on time to set everything up and explained how to use it all which was really straightforward. They were able to provide us with an attachment for our hot tap which meant the hot tub heated up quickly. The hot tub itself was amazing - happy kids and happy adults. Booked a hot tub on hire as our holidays were cancelled, Communication from Mark was excellent, price and date sorted. Mark sent us over all the paperwork to read through , then messaged again a day before the installation. The tub was put in place and he went through all the stuff about the PH levels, how to heat up the tub and general advice.
