Ordered online for my company, arrived next working day. Emailed in a few times before ordering to check stock almost instant response and so helpful, got the feeling like they really cared. Would not think twice about using these guys again.

Industrial Workwear have been supplying our uniform and PPE for around 5 years now. Industrial Workwear and in particular Molly, are always really responsive to our often last minute requests. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and their customer service is outstanding.

Excellent service from a very efficient, prompt and helpful company. The whole process is very streamlined and offers great products. All of our merchandise has had either embroidered or screen printed logos and they look great.

I ordered multiple items at once from the website , order accepted . A few days later I was contacted as 2 items could not be supplied as they were out of stock ? There is no size guide on the website to help you with selecting appropriate size , as we all know , different suppliers/manufacturers do not all make the same size . Why did it not say so at time of ordering online ? A refund for those items received . Then a few days later I was contacted again to say another item that i ordered was not available in the colour requested , did I want a refund or accept the colour that was available which is what I did . The other issue was the despatch time , website says 2-3 days delivery if items in stock and no personalisation of items was required . My order was well over a week . The parcel arrived in a box , the contents which were clothing was not in individual packaging but just put in the box with no protection whatsoever , so if the box got damaged or wet then the clothes would have also . The clothing items themselves look of a decent standard but time will tell . Personally , I would think again before ordering from them again .
